Texas Southern University is soliciting proposals under RFP 717-27-702 for as-needed printing services to support the university's Reprographics Department with overflow printing jobs. The contract is for an initial three-year term with two optional one-year renewals. Award decisions will be based on best value, and the university reserves the right to award the contract to multiple vendors. The scope includes a variety of collateral items such as booklets, postcards, trifold brochures, pocket folders, and posters, with specific requirements for core PMS colors Maroon 209 and Gray 427. Contractors must provide ten extra samples of every completed job and accept a 1% over-print quantity, though shortages are not permitted. Invoices must be submitted electronically to Invoices@tsu.edu and include the specific user department project number. The respondent must comply with various legal and regulatory standards, including the Immigration and Nationality Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and Texas Government Code regarding lobbying and former state executives. Insurance requirements include Standard Workers Compensation and Commercial General Liability with a minimum of 500,000 dollars per occurrence. Proposals must be submitted in paper format and on a flash drive to the Purchasing Office by November 4, 2026.
