Full Description

Award Notice IAW 5.301(a)(2)(i) for the Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT) applications services support, including the Comprehensive Cost and Requirement (CCaR) system. This includes functional and administrative expertise required to adapt, maintain, and provide uninterrupted deployment and sustainment of the CCaR system. CCaR system within the PRMT application is a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) customizable enterprise system tailored to fit the way the Air Force does business - resulting in a highly specialized software program. This enterprise software product was created by, and is proprietary to, the company Integrated Data Services, Inc. (IDS) (CAGE: 1GWD4). IDS controls CCaR data rights which is important as they do not allow any other contractors access to their CCaR source code. Collectively, these findings support the determination that IDS is the sole provider capable of meeting the government's technical and operational requirements on a GSA Schedule for the overall application, PMRT. The period of performance is 1 August 2025-31 July 2026 (Plus two option years).
