Provide Hindi and Urdu Language Classes

The U.S. Embassy in New Delhi is seeking qualified vendors to provide instructor-led Hindi and Urdu language training services under solicitation number 191N6526Q0094, with quotations due by 5:00 p.m. India Time on August 6, 2026. The work involves delivering classroom instruction, student counseling, and performance monitoring to improve language proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing across a minimum of 1,500 instructional hours annually, to be conducted at either the U.S. Embassy compound in Chanakyapuri or the American Center on Kasturba Gandhi Marg in New Delhi. The contract will be awarded on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis, prioritizing the lowest responsible offeror whose quotation meets all mandatory requirements, including compliance with the Performance Work Statement, completion of SF-1449 (Sections 1 and 5), submission of proof of SAM registration, and adherence to all representations and certifications.
