This Request for Services (the “RFS”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”), to prospective Pre-Qualified Suppliers to submit proposals for Beausejour POB Building Envelope Upgrade as further described in The Statement of Work (Appendix 1) (the “Services”). In consideration of Manitoba’s procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, for this Solicitation, preference will be given to Canadian suppliers who have submitted compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements of the solicitation. Manitoba may re-issue this tender at its sole discretion. Contact the RFS Contact by email with any questions relating to this Request for Services (RFS). Manitoba will inform Pre-Qualified Suppliers about any changes to this RFS on MERX before the submission deadline via an addendum. Pre-Qualified suppliers and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of Manitoba or CPPD other than the RFS Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFS. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the Pre-Qualified Suppliers and the rejection of the proposal. An optional site visit has been scheduled as follows: Location: 20 First Street South, Beausejour, Manitoba Date and Time: May 19, 2026 11:00 AM central time Proponents are to meet at 20 First Street South, Beausejour, Manitoba prior to 11:00 AM to sign the site attendance sheet. Attendees are to pre-register by email to the RFS Contact at bids@gov.mb.ca. Deadline for registration is 2:00 PM on May 14, 2026. Attendance at the site visit will be confirmed and recorded. If proponents are not available to attend the above scheduled optional site visit, but still wish to view the site, an appointment may be arranged by contacting the RFS Contact. Proponents are not entitled to rely on information received from Manitoba, the Owner’s representatives or other third parties at the site visit unless the RFS Contact has provided the information in writing. Deadline for questions May 25, 2026. All questions must be submitted to the RFS Contact at bids@gov.mb.ca. Manitoba will only address questions that were sent to this email address.
