PSC - REGIONAL MANAGER, JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA

The U.S. Trade and Development Agency is seeking a qualified U.S. citizen to serve as Regional Manager for Africa, based in Johannesburg, South Africa, under a Personal Services Contract (PSC) with solicitation number 1131PL26R0042. The position requires the individual to act as a Financing and Implementation Manager, linking USTDA’s infrastructure project preparation efforts with prospective financiers to advance high-priority development projects across emerging markets in Africa. The PSC will supervise a Senior Business Development Locally Employed Specialist in Johannesburg, coordinate with the U.S. Mission South Africa and other U.S. government entities, analyze USTDA projects, monitor funding and deliverables, and ensure alignment with federal laws, agency strategic priorities, and professional standards of integrity. The contract has a base period beginning on the date of appointment, with four 12-month option periods, totaling up to 60 months if all options are exercised and funded, subject to satisfactory performance and continuing need.
