PSC - REGIONAL MANAGER, NEW DELHI, INDIA

The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) is soliciting qualified U.S. citizens for a Personal Services Contract (PSC) position as Regional Manager based in New Delhi, India. This role entails managing feasibility studies, technical assistance, pilot projects, and other initiatives aimed at advancing U.S. exports and economic development throughout the South Asia region. The contractor will be responsible for independently identifying, planning, and executing high-priority development projects, monitoring funding and deliverables, coordinating with U.S. and foreign stakeholders, and providing data-driven reports. The position requires extensive knowledge of regional political, economic, and social conditions, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle complex infrastructure projects in a dynamic international setting. Compensation is structured around GS-14/GS-15 equivalent salary scales including allowances for hardship, health insurance, education, and contingencies, with a base estimated value of approximately $342,950 for the first year and a total contract ceiling of up to $2 million. Contract administration and oversight will be managed from USTDA’s Arlington, Virginia office, with operational coordination through the U.S. Embassy in New Delhi.
