Full Description
The U.S. Trade and Development Agency is seeking offers from qualified U.S. citizens to provide personal services for the subject position under a Personal Services Contract (PSC), as described in this solicitation. Submittals must be in accordance with the attached information at the place and time specified. Applicants interested in applying for this position MUST submit the following materials:
(1) Complete CV/resume must contain sufficient relevant information to evaluate the application in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria. Resume must contain explicit information to make a valid determination that the candidate meets the experience requirements as stated in this solicitation. This information needs to be clearly identified in the resume.
(2) Proof of Education and any other qualifications including job-related training courses or job-related honors, awards or accomplishments.
(3) Professional Reference from three (3) professional and/or academic references, who are not family members or relatives, with telephone and e-mail contacts. The references must be able to provide substantive information about your past performance and abilities.
(4) Salary history of base salary paid, excluding benefits and allowances such as housing, travel, educational support, vehicle use, etc.
(5) Writing Samples: Applicants must provide at least two writing samples with their application. These samples shall be 500 to 1,000 words and should demonstrate the applicant’s ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to the public. Samples must be authored by the applicant; co-written articles are not accepted.
