Purchase Anchor Bolts

Lincoln Electric System (LES) is soliciting formal bids under solicitation 122-26 for the purchase and delivery of 1,063 units of 1.25 inch diameter by 54 inch long ASTM F1554 Grade 55 headed anchor bolts. Each bolt must feature a welded ASTM A572 Grade 50 square embed plate measuring 2.5 by 2.5 by 0.75 inches, a minimum thread length of 6 inches, and be galvanized according to ASTM F2329 or B695 Class 50 with at least 12 inches of galvanization on the threaded end. Required hardware for each bolt includes two ASTM A563 Grade A heavy hex nuts and two A36 plate washers. All items must be delivered FOB to the LES Operations Center in Lincoln, Nebraska, with all transportation charges paid by the vendor. Bids are due by October 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT and must be submitted exclusively through the LES Online Procurement System. To be eligible, bidders must provide a delivery date, as timing is an essential element of the contract, and submit a completed Equal Employment Opportunity compliance form certifying adherence to the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Payment terms are Net30, following verification that the merchandise complies with all technical specifications. Bidders must also specify any price escalator clauses and provide a guarantee period for the merchandise; otherwise, implied warranties under Nebraska's Uniform Commercial Code will apply.
