Full Description

The Strategic Acquisition Center Frederick (SAC-F) on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs, issues Solicitation No. VA119A-17-Q-0002, on October 20, 2016 for the purpose of entering into a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Investigative Services.
