R/V GREELEY ENGINES REPOWER

The contract is structured as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 336611 with a 1,300-employee size standard, and evaluation will follow the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method, meaning the award will go to the technically compliant offeror with the lowest price, with no trade-offs for superior technical merit. All work must be performed at the contractor’s facility and completed no later than August 28, 2026, with the vessel transported up to 60 nautical miles to the contractor’s location at government expense under F.O.B. Destination terms.
