Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) is seeking to lease a steam-to-fluid heat exchanger and associated components. The system must include a steam to fluid heat exchanger; temperature, pressure and flow monitoring capability; and safety, control and isolation
valves. The system must be frame/skid mounted with fork truck pockets as well as lifting pad eyes in a footprint no greater than 8 FT x 8 FT and a maximum weight of 4000 LB.
