THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS NOR QUATATIONS.


The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price contract to crane service at Kyogamisaki Communication Site, Japan for Motor Generator (MG) CONEX. Anticipated award date is around 16 July 2026 (subject to change).


Description:


Crane Service at Kyogamisaki Communication Site, Japan for Motor Generator (MG) CONEX.


The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary for crane to lift and maneuver up to 64,000 lbs. / 29,000 Kg safely. The CONEX will be placed on to a steel frame put in its current position at Kyogamisaki Communication Site.


NOTES:


Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must have valid licenses to meet the requirement in the country of Japan. Offerors must have a Japanese CAGE code.


Note 2: The contractor shall comply with the Road Traffic Act when delivering the crane.
