Below you can find the CLIN priority. Priority 1 SR: 21780281 B14. "Modification of manholes". Sanitary survey finding: The two covers of float valves' manholes at B14 don't have a gasket and thus they don't form a watertight seal allowing possible water contamination. Covers are really heavy and need four people to lift. They are made of cast iron and potentially will chip off rust which eventually will end into the potable water tanks. Rust is also a potential hazard to drinking water. Replace the existing covers with hinged and locked stainless steel covers. Priority 2 SR: 23927441 B82. "Renovate STP1&2 Rotary Drum system". Current STP infrastructure, at the solid collection stage upstream of the waste water treatment process, lacks a system to safely separate remaining liquids from solids and to return liquids back to STP to process. Solids, after the screening process, are collected to a cloth sack inside a drum which when full the operator must manually seal, transfer and dispose. Solids have a lot of remaining liquids which are dripping in and around the drum creating an unsafe environment for the operator. When the drum is full of liquid the operator uses a pump to redirect liquids back to the STP. Both sewage treatment plants should have a dedicated solid waste management system that will address the following requirements: a)Separate remaining liquids from the solids. b)Collect and redirect liquids back to the STP (Aerated Flow Equalization (AFE) Tank) automatically using a level sensor. c)Load solids on containers without spills and without having the operator to contact directly solids or liquids. d)Provide washing system to clean equipment. Electrical panels might need upgrade based on load requirements. Priority 3 Depth of water manhole WM-01 is not long enough. The hand-wheel has very little ...
