Problem Statement: Located on Railroad right of way, inaccessible for maintenance due to height bluff Location: BLDG 7101 / CAMPOR-EL-CKT-34.5~Pole 440 to E38 Size: 34.5kV Proposed Solution: Remove and relocate East of railway inside Navy fence Justification: increase ability to maintain and stronger security S:\GRLK\NAVFAC MIDWEST\OPERATIONS\PWD Glakes\Public Works\FM&S BRANCH\JDG\WIB TEMP FOLDER\2020\B-7101 Replace 34.5kV - 12.47kV Cable EV Comments: Conduct a NEPA review. APM Comments: No recognized concerns. AM Comments: Approved. This work will require a 1391 and a site approval. CRM Comments: Project appears to have to potential for ground disturbing activity where no prior Phase 1 archaeological survey is known to exist. Provide NSGL CRM project details prior to starting any construction/ demolition activity. Potential coordination with IL SHPO required.
