The Ministry of Attorney General, Court Services Branch, BC Sheriff Service is issuing an Invitation to Quote for the upfitting of three Ford F-150 XLT 4x4 SuperCrew vehicles. The scope of work includes the supply and installation of emergency vehicle equipment and bed storage systems. Key technical requirements mandate the installation of a SoundOff Signal bluePRINT 500 Series control architecture with an ENGCP18004 Rotary Control Panel, along with front grille warning lights, a windshield visor light with dual red/white LED capability, and a siren system. Additionally, each vehicle must be equipped with one heavy-duty, lockable, two-drawer storage system designed for a 5.5-foot pickup box. All emergency lighting must meet Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) performance standards and remain operational even when the vehicle ignition is off. Proponents must submit their quotations via BC Bid by the deadline of October 9, 2026. Pricing must be provided on a per-vehicle basis as well as a total project price, with specific identification of the mandatory SoundOff Signal components and any price variations between 2025 and 2026 vehicle configurations. The desired delivery date for the completed vehicles is on or before February 26, 2027, at the delivery point in Coquitlam, British Columbia. Before final acceptance, the contractor is required to perform full functional testing of all systems, demonstrate all programmed functions to the BC Sheriff Service, and provide necessary documentation, including manufacturer manuals, warranty information, as-installed wiring diagrams, and all keys or access codes. The contract is governed by the Province of British Columbia's standard terms and conditions for goods, with payment terms set at thirty calendar days from the invoice date, subject to the Financial Administration Act.
