The Kentucky Finance and Administration Cabinet, on behalf of the Kentucky State Fair Board, is seeking bids under RFB 758 2700000125 to establish a Master Agreement for the procurement of Sodium Chloride Type 1 Grade 1 Road Salt. The contract is for an estimated 400 tons of salt to be delivered to the Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center in Louisville, Kentucky, on an as-needed basis. The agreement will have an initial term of one year with the option for four additional two-year renewals. Bidders must bid on all line items as a Group All to be considered responsive, and the award will be based on a Best Value Ranking Approach, with price accounting for 90 points of the evaluation.
