RFB Earthen wall construction and hillside slide remediation

The Quinault Indian Nation is soliciting fixed-price bids for earthen wall construction and hillside slide remediation on the south side of Aalis Drive in Taholah, Washington. The scope of work requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to perform vegetation clearing, excavation, grading, and the installation of an earthen wall, concrete staircases, stainless steel handrails, and sidewalks. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for hauling all debris to an approved landfill and providing disposal receipts. All work must comply with Quinault Indian Nation tribal codes and prevailing wage requirements. Bids are due by 3:00 PM PST on October 8, 2026, and must be submitted as a single hard copy via certified mail or hand-delivery. Evaluation will be based on project understanding, scope, work plan, schedule, price, and past performance. Qualified bidders must demonstrate the successful completion of at least three similar projects within the last five years and maintain good standing with the Washington State Secretary of State, Department of Revenue, and Department of Labor and Industries.
