RFB Cook dinner 80 guests behavioral health

The Quinault Indian Nation is soliciting bids for catering services to provide dinner and dessert for 80 guests at a Behavioral Health Suicide Prevention event. The service is scheduled for November 2026, with dinner served at 5:00 p.m. at the Taholah community center or Queets gym. The contractor is responsible for selecting the menu, shopping for food and supplies using a provided purchase order to Swanson's, setting up the dining area, and performing a full cleanup of the kitchen and dining facilities. Additionally, the contractor must participate in pre-rental and post-rental walk-throughs at the Taholah community center.
