RFP Provide catering and cook services

The Quinault Indian Nation is soliciting proposals for catering and cook services for the FY25 Audit Presentation, scheduled for December 11, 2026, from 10:00am to 12:00pm at the Rotary Log Pavillion. The selected contractor will be responsible for shopping for all groceries and supplies to prepare a brunch for approximately 100 attendees. The required menu consists of biscuits and gravy, fruit, and a protein choice of ham, bacon, or sausage. The meal must be ready by 10:00am, and the contractor must remain on-site for the duration of the meeting to manage the setup, breakdown, and cleaning of all dining areas. Submissions must include a food handler's card, a bid for services, references, and a detailed explanation of experience working with large groups. Award selection is based on a point system evaluating project understanding and work plans (35 points), the bid (30 points), past performance (20 points), and contractor qualifications (15 points). Preference is given to qualified Indian-owned businesses per the QIN Indian Preference Policy. The successful bidder must obtain QIN business licenses and comply with the Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance. Final payment is contingent upon the completion of all assignments and a final facility walk-through with staff.
