CITY OF FORNEY, TEXAS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP 2026-009 Fire Department Cost Recovery Administration Services The City of Forney, Texas (“City”) requests proposals from qualified firms (“Proposers”) to provide third-party administration services for the City’s Fire Department Cost Recovery Program, established by City of Forney Ordinance No. 26-30. The selected Proposer will review eligible Forney Fire Department emergency responses, identify applicable insurance coverage, prepare and submit claims to insurance carriers, pursue those claims, and account for and remit recovered funds to the City.
