RFP 27036 Legislative Services

The City of Suffolk, Virginia, is soliciting proposals under RFP 27036-JS for professional legislative services to develop and promote the City's legislative agenda within the Virginia General Assembly and various executive agencies. The selected firm will provide strategic assistance, advocate for priority programs, budget amendments, and policy initiatives, and identify state and federal grant opportunities. Key deliverables include a written statement of objectives for the House and Senate, weekly synthesized reports on legislative activity, monthly senior executive reports, and a comprehensive annual year-end analysis due by June 30th. The initial contract term begins upon signing and continues through September 30, 2027.
