RFP for the Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Sit-Stand Dispatch Consoles

The City of Timmins has issued solicitation 2026-TPS-030 for the design, supply, delivery, and installation of twelve sit-stand dispatch consoles intended for continuous 24/7 emergency operations at the Timmins Police Service and Ontario Ministry of Health facilities. Qualified bidders must demonstrate at least 10 years of experience in mission-critical furniture and adhere to strict insurance requirements, including $5 million in commercial general liability and $2 million in automobile liability. Additionally, proponents must provide a WSIB clearance certificate, comply with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, and ensure personnel are eligible to work within a secure police facility.
