SCOPE OF WORK:The awarded vendor shall remove the existing walk-in cooler, refrigeration lineset and refrigeration equipment. The awarded contractor shall furnish and install a new commercial walk-in cooler unit. Include all insulated walls, ceilings, floors, doors, hardware, refrigeration systems, mechanical systems, internal electrical systems, controls, gages, internal lighting, and other ancillary items required for a completely fabricated and operational system.
