ATB Financial - Request for Proposal - Executive Recruiting - Wealth, Capital Markets and RiskATB Financial is seeking one or more specialized Executive Recruiting firms to support hiring efforts in the areas of Wealth, Capital Markets, and Risk. This contract targets executive-level positions, specifically those at the Vice President level or higher and/or roles with annual earnings of $800,000 CAD or more. Unlike previous processes that used a prequalified vendor group and simplified RFPs, ATB is transitioning to a standard RFP to establish direct awards, fostering stronger partnerships and a more comprehensive understanding of ATB’s unique talent requirements. Awarded firms will serve as primary partners for executive search mandates in these categories, with expectations of deep expertise in the Canadian market and a commitment to delivering excellent care to both candidates and ATB. The solicitation, posted on June 8, 2026, with a response deadline of June 15, 2026, is managed by ATB Financial within Alberta. This opportunity is part of a broader strategy where ATB plans to issue additional RFPs for executive recruiting in other specialized fields in the future. The primary point of contact for this solicitation is Amber Greenway, the Contracting Authority. The selected proponents will shoulder significant responsibility in supporting ATB’s executive recruitment needs by providing high-quality, tailored services that align with the organization's leadership objectives and compensation frameworks.
