19 FEB 2024: INDUCTION FEAD and ENV related SPECIAL PROJECT RM23-0514 --------------------------------------------- FY24 Development FY26 Award Previous Title:N62995 - High Voltage Electrical System Recapitalization (Weapons) RM23-0514 CLINs: CLIN-2 (Weapons, SWSs and SUBs): Install new ramp access, sidewalk in front the doors, install new doors and EF+Thermostat; repair all damaged Substation's roof. Install the emergency LED light . Patch and repair interior wall. CLIN-3 (Weapons, Oil Transformer): replace #18 Oil Transformers located in Weapons. CLIN-4 (Weapons, cables and Manholes): Replace all HV cables with the existing 20 years old, and patch and repairs all manholes for the HV line in Weapons. CLIN-7 (Weapons, Grounding certification): Perform SUB/SWS grounding measure and provide certification. CLIN-8: Relocate the existing Main Substation NAS-2 B-826 far from the ENEL Transformer Substation.
