The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement for hardware & software maintenance of its ImageTrac scanners. ATF has determined that it is in the Government's best interest to award this requirement with a base year and up to 4 option years (7/1/13-6/30/18) to the manufacturer, Imaging Business Machines LLC (IMBL), with an Estimated Total Value of $185,011. IBML is located on 2750 Crestwood Blvd. in Birmingham, AL 35210. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, in conjunction with FAR 13, ATF intends to negotiate and award a Purchase Order on a sole-source basis to IMBL. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS; THEREFORE, A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
