REQUEST FOR INFORMATION – SOURCES SOUGHT. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS.
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for Market Research purposes ONLY. This information will be used to determine the availability of Contractors capable of meeting the Government’s minimum requirements. In addition, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville, FL is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to determine whether there are potentially qualified SBA Certified Small Business concerns capable of performing the specifications of the attached DRAFT Performance Work statement (PWS) for Dishwashing Machine Lease and Maintenance Services at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Panama City, FL. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote. The intent of this notice is to identify potential Offerors for market research purposes and to determine if there are qualified firms able to fulfill this requirement.

It is anticipated that any resulting solicitation will be for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), with a Product Service Code (PSC) of J079, and NAICS Code of 532210.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Responses to this sources sought notice shall not exceed five (5) pages and shall be prepared with a font size no smaller than 12 point. The technical capabilities statement shall include:
A cover page containing the company’s name, address, CAGE code, SAM Unique Entity ID (UEI), Years in Business, Affiliate Information, Parent Company, Joint Venture Partners, NAICS Code 532210, BUSINESS SIZE/SOCIOECONOMIC Status, Government Business Point-of-Contact Name, Phone Number, and Email Address. Provide a statement of past and current ability to meet all rapid gate requirements for access to military sites/property/ installations.
No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought Notice or any follow-up information requests. No telephone calls requesting a solicitation package will be accepted, as this is not a solicitation. To protect the integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the Government Technical Point of Contact (GTPOC) will not be provided and no appointments for presentation will be made.
