Full Description

On July 23, 2026, the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board (Regional Water Board) issued this Statewide Restoration General Order Notice of Applicability (NOA) to Emily Afriat, The Wildlands Conservancy. This Project includes two watercourse-wetland trail crossing upgrades in a seasonally wetted, wetland swale within the Seawood Cape Preserve. Under current conditions, the foot path crosses an unnamed wetland swale via a historic culverted road crossing at one location, and an undeveloped crossing at another. This notice is to advise that the Regional Water Board issued the above-described NOA on the date signed below.
