The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is seeking information from interested contractors on providing secondary seat licenses for 29 core and elective courses covering subjects such as science, mathematics, social studies, and world languages. This Request for Information (RFI) aims to gather insights to aid in planning and does not represent a commitment to issue a formal Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise of contract awards. The anticipated contract performance period would run from March 1, 2027, through February 29, 2032, with the potential for multiple contractors to receive awards based on their responses. Respondents are reminded that all costs related to responding to this RFI are their sole responsibility as the government will not provide reimbursement. Non-response to the RFI will not affect eligibility for future solicitations, which will be posted on SAM.gov, where interested parties should monitor for further details. Responses to this inquiry were requested by June 18, 2026, with a contact point established through designated officials within DoDEA. The focus of this effort is to secure reliable access to educational course content through licensing agreements to support DoDEA’s education mission.
