Seeking offers and ultimately entering into a contract to provide vended meals for the Morning Star Academy nonprofit child nutrition program, the School Food Authority (SFA). The contract will be between the Vendor and the SFA. The meals are to be in compliance with the NSLP meal program which is to provide nutritionally balanced meals of high quality to students at an economical price.
