Gordon Persons Maintenance Specs on Raptors and Gate ArmsHeald Raptor Barrier SystemFacility Address: 50 North Ripley Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36130Service Period: October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027Service should be invoiced quarterly, and in arrears. Invoices will not be paid until services have been completed for each quarter.This maintenance agreement is sole sourced, and the supplier that is able to sell, install, and service HySecurity hydraulic and electromechanical gate operator systems and hostile vehicle mitigation barriers should be the only one to submit a proposal. Supplier’s sole source letter is required to be attached to the proposal in AL Buys.Scope of Work: Supplier to Perform Preventative maintenance checks as required for one (1) year as follows: Preventative maintenance on five (5) Electric Raptors and four (1) EPU, and (2) arms at the garage entrance Three (3) quarterly visits. One (1) annual visit. Perform and document required manufacturer’s services. Quarterly Preventative Maintenance Checklist for Raptors ONLY Check equipment for damage Check operation of safety provisions Visually check for items trapped in gaps Clean face of Raptor element Clean top of Raptor Visually check the Gearbox oil level Visually check for Gearbox leaks Check for smooth operation of Raptor Check EFO function (if fitted) Clean photocell lenses (if fitted) Check battery backup function (if fitted) Check cover fasteners are tight Clean visual aids (traffic lights, beacons, etc) (if fitted) Open each Raptor unit and inspect overall condition Inspect each proximity J-Box Verify proximity sensor settings Inspect condition of Tri-Plex Chain and drive belt Lubricate Tri-Plex Chain Visually inspect rollers visible thru open covers Inspect for signs of high water / poor drainage Observe operation with cover off, checking for smooth operation/roller condition Adjust leading and trailing rollers as needed Inspect EPU and operation from local control Verify loop operation All Master Control Panels, Sub Control Panels, Pushbutton Control Panels, Safety Loops, and Traffic Lights installed as part of the above listed Physical Security Equipment is also included.
