SLCo HR133981 Fitness for Duty & Physical Examinations

Salt Lake County is soliciting proposals for a contractor to provide comprehensive medical examination services for its Human Resources department. The scope of work includes pre-employment physicals for Department of Transportation and Law Enforcement positions, as well as physical and mental fitness for duty exams. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for tuberculosis testing for existing law enforcement employees and drug and alcohol testing for specified personnel.
