This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) subpart 12.202, “Publicizing,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.


This solicitation is issued as an RFQ.  The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01.


Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 10) has a requirement for: Smoke and Fire Damper Inspections buildings 302, 310, 320, 330, 340, 350 and 410 at the Dayton VA Medical Center.


This RFQ is set-aside for SDVOSB vendors who are certified at SAM.gov.
