WRSU - Cibecue Tree Trimming

The Whiteriver Indian Health Service is seeking qualified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises to provide tree trimming and removal services at the Cibecue Clinic in Cibecue, Arizona, under a sources sought notice for market research purposes. The scope of work includes trimming multiple trees of varying sizes, removing and stump grinding one tree, removing and disposing of all associated debris, protecting government property during operations, and restoring the work area upon completion. Contractors must also be prepared to temporarily remove and reinstall sections of chain-link fencing as necessary to safely perform the work, and all activities must be coordinated with the Whiteriver Service Unit Facility Management. To respond, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management, provide their Unique Entity Identifier and tax ID number, and submit a completed IHS Indian Economic Enterprise Representation form to self-certify eligibility under HHSAR 326.601, including identification of the federally recognized tribe or Alaska Native Corporation supporting their status. Respondents must also supply a capability statement demonstrating their ability to perform the work, proof of current ISBEE certification, and documentation verifying their status as an authorized distributor per Gray Market Prevention Language.
