Sources Sought Notice – Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE)


This is a Sources Sought Notice issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. The purpose of this notice is to identify qualified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) capable of providing annual inspection, maintenance, testing, recharging, repair, hydrostatic testing, and replacement services for Government-owned portable fire extinguishers located at the Whiteriver Service Unit facilities.


Responses to this notice are requested from firms that qualify as an ISBEE in accordance with the Buy Indian Act and applicable Indian Health Service acquisition regulations.


Interested vendors shall provide the following information:


  1. Company name, address, UEI, and point of contact.
  2. Documentation demonstrating ISBEE eligibility.
  3. Relevant experience performing similar fire extinguisher inspection, maintenance, testing, and repair services.
  4. Description of capabilities, staffing, certifications, and equipment necessary to perform the required services in accordance with NFPA 10 standards.
  5. At least two references for similar services performed within the past five years.

This notice is for market research purposes only. The Government is not requesting quotes, proposals, or pricing information at this time. Responses will be used solely to determine the availability of qualified ISBEE sources and to assist the Government in acquisition planning.
