Sources Sought Notice – Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE)

This is a Sources Sought Notice issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. The purpose of this notice is to identify qualified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) capable of providing annual inspection, maintenance, testing, recharging, repair, hydrostatic testing, and replacement services for Government-owned portable fire extinguishers located at the Whiteriver Service Unit facilities.

Responses to this notice are requested from firms that qualify as an ISBEE in accordance with the Buy Indian Act and applicable Indian Health Service acquisition regulations.

Interested vendors shall provide the following information:

Company name, address, UEI, and point of contact.
Documentation demonstrating ISBEE eligibility.
Relevant experience performing similar fire extinguisher inspection, maintenance, testing, and repair services.
Description of capabilities, staffing, certifications, and equipment necessary to perform the required services in accordance with NFPA 10 standards.
