AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on May 5, 2023 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP): The Department of National Defence (DND) requires a Contractor to provide Special Operations Airfield Activation Training and Equipment. Canada intends to issue one (1) Standing Offer for a firm period of 2 years with 3 additional one 1-year irrevocable options to extend the Period of the Standing Offer. This Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is to establish a Standing Offer for the requirement detailed in the RFSO, to the Identified Users across Canada, excluding locations within Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, and Labrador that are subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs).
