CMRCDC REPLACE: Medium voltage substations / (3) Emergency distribution transformers, switchgear, Shore power hoods and receptacles (hotel service bull rail receptacles). Include replacement and integration of all metering, protection relays, Scada monitoring and control components. Replace 3K7 3L7 distribution circuits associated with the leyberth. Configure electrical substation for two additional 2500 kVA shore power transformers. Provide a normal distribution circuit from sub 3. Add required 5 fire hydrants. Repair Oil Waste Separator within B5098. Fire protection upgrades include the replacement of existing four-valve, dry hydrants with wet hydrants and addition of four to six new wet hydrants on the east side of the Layberth Pier to support berthing two boats. Add hydrant cam locks on each hydrant riser (two 5-inch and two 2.5-inch) per hydrant. New fire lane pavement markings.
