Contractor shall develop, administer, and support the operations of the State Route (SR) 710 Sales Program in accordance with the Roberti Act, Government Code, ARTICLE 8.5 Surplus Residential Property (54235 through 54238.9), commonly known as the Roberti Act, and the 710 Sales Program Regulations. The Contractor shall provide, at the direction of Caltrans Contract Manager continuing consulting services to Caltrans personnel, Caltrans tenants, and Caltrans designated entities, based on the current 710 Sales Program Regulations, the Roberti Act, and subsequent amendments related to the 710 Sales Program.
