This is a request for quotations for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Part 12.201-1, Simplified Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
The Government intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to acquire non-personal commercial services for the inspection, diagnostic reporting, load testing, certification, and authorized repair of seven (7) stationary crane systems distributed across five (5) Puerto Rico Army National Guard (PRARNG) maintenance facilities in Gurabo (FMS 2), Ceiba (FMS 3), Vega Baja (FMS 7), Juana Diaz (FMS 9), and Salinas (MATES Buildings 1024, 1025, and 1033). The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control to perform rigorous safety and operational inspections in compliance with Title 29 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 1926, Subpart CC, Army Regulation (AR) 385-10, and Department of the Army Pamphlet (DA PAM) 385-10.
