Transitional Residential Home Services at Tustin Family Campus (TFC) provide temporary housing and supportive services to Non-Minor Dependents (NMDs) participating in Extended Foster Care. The program is intended to support NMDs with diverse and often complex needs in developing independent living skills, increasing self-sufficiency, maintaining housing stability, and preparing for transition to a stable and appropriate living environment. The County is seeking a qualified provider with the experience and capacity to operate a 24-hour residential program, engage and support this voluntary population, provide individualized services, coordinate effectively with SSA, Probation, and community resources, and assist participants in making meaningful progress toward their housing and independent living goals.
