1. The sources sought is for informational purposes only in conducting market research. USTRANSCOM Acquisition
Directorate anticipates issuance of a solicitation for Ship-to-Shore and Rail Mounted Gantry Crane Maintenance at three sites in North America. The Government anticipates issuing an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract
with a base period of performance of 9 July 2027 through 8 July 2032, with an optional six-month extension.

2. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this sources sought or reimburse any costs
associated with the preparation of responses. This sources sought is issued solely for information and planning
purposes and does not constitute a solicitation.
3. If interested, please review the attached RFI - TRANSCOM26R014 and the one (1) attachment. Complete the
attached Request for Information sheet (Attachment 1) and DRAFT Performance Work Statement (Attachment 2). Submissions must be returned no later than 12:00 P.M. (CDT) on 18 September 2026 .
