This is a non-personal service(s) contract under which the personnel rendering the service(s) are not subject, either by the contract’s terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the Government and its employees. All performance requirements are defined in the attached Scope(s) of Work.


The objective of this contract includes, but is not limited to:


  • Mobilization and protection of existing Government Property;
  • Selective Demolition and removal of existing materials;
  • Repair and Replacement of damaged building components;
  • Dry Wall and interior wall repairs;
  • Painting and surface preparation;
  • Flooring Replacement;
  • Electrical Repairs and Associated Work;
  • Plumbing Repairs and associated Work
  • Replacement or installation of associated fixtures materials and equipment;
  • Final Cleaning and inspection, documentation and closeout


The contractor shall coordinate all work to minimize disruption to government operations and shall maintain the work in a safe and orderly condition throughout performance. The contractor shall perform the work in accordance with the performance requirements stated in the SOW and applicable drawings and specifications.
