W--Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Lease Boats - W912SR-13-T-0001

The 1938th Senior Contingency Contracting Team (SCCT) Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract to Skenderovski Marina, Servisna Zona Jug-Reon 40, 1000 Skopje, Macedonia. The proposed contract action is for the 6 month lease of watercraft (2 each) in support of the Multi-National Battle Group- East (MNBG-E) KFOR 16 mission. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-2 for these services. Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Governments requirements. Anticipated award date is 18 January 2013. Responses must be received no later than 10:00 am CST, 16 January 2013. Responses should be submitted to: contact@example.gov. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received before the closing of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
