AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 13 December 2024 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of National Defence, Royal Canadian Electrical Mechanical Engineering School (RCEME School) provides instruction to military members on diagnosing, analyzing, and maintaining automotive refrigeration systems. The RCEME School requires the supply and delivery of 4 new complete vehicle refrigeration recovery and recharging units in support of Vehicle Technician Training. Due to changes in course delivery, RCEME School is moving away from training boards and focusing on the use of non-modified vehicles. Automotive refrigeration recovery and recharging units will aid in the instruction of the HVAC systems in modern vehicles. RCEME requires 4 automotive refrigeration recovery and recycling units (ARRR) Systems, 2 compatible with R-134 refrigerant and 2 compatible with R-1234YF refrigerant. The Mandatory Technical Criteria are listed in Annex Mandatory Technical Criteria. All deliverables MUST be received on or before 31 March 2025.
