Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. Notice to suppliers: This solicitation of offers is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. This means that only Canadian Suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner, as defined in the Annex Solicitation of Offers Definitions, are eligible for this solicitation of offers. Offers submitted by Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner will be rejected. Summary: The Department of National Defence (DND) will be conducting The Regional Cadet Support Unit (Northwest) Power Pilot Scholarship at the Regina International Airport in Regina, Saskatchewan. This Program runs from the second week of June to the third week of August and requires accommodation and food services as per Annex A Cadet feeding standard and Annex B – Portion Size Standard for 20 Cadets (estimated) and 2 Supervising Officers. Canada retains the irrevocable options to authorize provision of these services for two additional one-year periods. All of the Work will be performed on an "as and when requested” basis using a task authorization.
