The purpose of this RFP is to secure highly experienced Workday consultants who can provide expert guidance and consulting services on complex Payroll and Absence configurations, support evaluation and optimization, and assist with troubleshooting and implementation of changes driven by policy, audits, or labor agreements, on an on-call, as-needed basis. No minimum level of work is guaranteed. The tentative target start date and term for the proposed services is June 2026 through June 2027, with a one-year option at the County’s discretion to extend the term to June 2028, subject to negotiation of a final agreement. The agreement shall have an initial term of 1 year.
