The attached solicitation is for Cafeteria Services needed at the Denver ARTCC located at 2211 17th Avenue Longmont, CO 80501.  This project does not have a set-aside and the applicable NAICS codes for this project are 722310 (Food Service Contractors), 722330 (Caterers), and 722513 (Limited Service-Restaurant.) 


A site visit will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 10:00 am Local Time. If interested in attending the site visit to see this location, please contact Noah.F.Laduca@faa.gov; jennifer.j.davis@faa.gov no later than 12:00 noon CT on Monday, September 14, 2026 and include the names of the individuals attending and the company name. Please limit attendance to 2-3 company employees.


Please submit all questions via email to Noah.F.Laduca@faa.gov; jennifer.j.davis@faa.gov no later than 12 noon CT on Friday, September 18, 2026.  Answers will be posted to SAM.gov in the form of an Amendment to the solicitation no later than 12 noon CT on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. 


The Statement of Work (SOW) and Cafeteria Agreement are located in document 697DCK-26-R-00363.  This document includes all requirements of the facility for the Cafeteria & Vending Services including menu requirements, restrictions, security, contractor responsibilities, Government furnished property, etc.  The following documents are required for all proposal submissions to be considered for this project:


  • Company Summary – Include number of years in business, current location(s), owner information (email address, phone), SAM UEI, types of services currently being rendered, etc.
  • Proposed Menu – Include a sample menu of all items that would be for sell at the facility along with tentative pricing for those items.
  • Past Experience – Include any prior experience with providing cafeteria services in a government or similar facility.  Similar is defined as an office building with 100 or more employees including a hospital, military base, etc.
  • Signed Solicitation, Offer and Award form (697DCK-26-R-00363) including completion of the Contractor Staffing Questionnaire, and signed amendments issued.   

An agreement will be made to the offeror that provides menu choices suitable and preferred by the facility. 


All proposals must reference the solicitation number (697DCK-26-R-00363) and be emailed to Noah.F.Laduca@faa.gov; jennifer.j.davis@faa.gov.  Faxed or hard copy proposals will not be accepted.  Proposals are due no later than 12 noon CT on Wednesday, September 30, 2026.


Contractors must have an Active SAM registration with the System for Award Management, www.sam.gov, on the date established for receipt of offers (September 30, 2026).


The Government will not be liable for costs associated with the preparation and submittal of inquiries or responses to this announcement and will not reimburse any firm for costs incurred in responding to this SIR.  Responses will not be returned.
