Connect ChatGPT to CLEATUS

Add the official CLEATUS app from the ChatGPT Apps directory and work your pipeline from any chat.

CLEATUS ships an official app in the ChatGPT Apps directory. Add it once and ChatGPT can search live opportunities, analyze solicitations, and update your pipeline in plain English, against your real CLEATUS account.

Who this is for

CLEATUS users who already work in ChatGPT and want their GovCon data and actions available there: opportunity search, recommendations, pipeline, tasks, and workflows.

What you'll need

  • A CLEATUS account. Your CLEATUS login is the only credential the connection uses.
  • A ChatGPT account on a plan that supports apps and connectors.

Set up the connection

  1. In ChatGPT, click + in the composer and pick Apps. You can also go to Settings, then Apps & Connectors, then Browse apps.
  2. Search for CLEATUS in the directory and click Add.
  3. A CLEATUS login opens. Sign in, then pick the entity this connection is scoped to. Every ChatGPT request uses that entity's data and permissions.
  4. Verify it works. Mention CLEATUS in a chat and ask: "Audit my pipeline this week."

What ChatGPT can do once connected

The app exposes the CLEATUS platform as tools ChatGPT calls on your behalf:

  • Discover — search 1M+ federal, state, and local opportunities, and pull your AI-ranked recommendations.
  • Evaluate — market intelligence across awards, agencies, contractors, and people; solicitation breakdowns.
  • Pursue — add opportunities to your pipeline, create and assign tasks, manage saved searches, and trigger your CLEATUS workflows.

Every action lands in CLEATUS exactly as if you did it in the web app, with the same permissions and audit log. The tools themselves are free to call; they do not consume credits.

Entity scoping

Each connection is scoped to the single entity you picked during sign-in. One connection cannot read or modify another entity's data. To switch entities, remove the app in ChatGPT and add it again, then pick the other entity on the sign-in screen.

Troubleshooting

  • ChatGPT finds no pipeline, tasks, or saved searches. You picked the wrong entity during sign-in. Remove the app and reconnect with the right one.
  • Unauthorized errors after it worked before. The token expired or was revoked. Reconnect so ChatGPT signs in again.
  • Still stuck? Email support@cleat.ai with a timestamp of the failing request.
