Connect Google Drive to CLEATUS
Import files from Google Drive directly into your CLEATUS Document Hub.
Connect Google Drive so you can pull files straight into your Document Hub without downloading and re-uploading. CLEATUS reads your Drive with read-only access; it never changes your files.
Who this is for
CLEATUS users who keep capability statements, past performance, and other company material in Google Drive and want it in the Document Hub, where CLEATUS learns from it for recommendations and proposals.
What you'll need
- A Google account with the files you want to import.
- A CLEATUS plan that includes Document Hub integrations.
Set up the connection
- Open Settings, then Integrations, and find the Google Drive card. Click it, then click Connect with Google and authorize read-only access to your Drive.
- Open the Document Hub and click the Google Drive import button on any folder.
- Browse My Drive or Shared with me, then import individual files or whole folders.
- The files land in that Document Hub folder, ready for search, recommendations, and the proposal writer.
How it works
The connection is per entity and read-only: CLEATUS imports copies into the Document Hub and never writes back to your Drive. Import as many times as you like; the button is available on every folder. To stop importing, disconnect Google Drive from the same card in Settings.
Troubleshooting
- The import button does not appear. Confirm Google Drive shows as connected on the Integrations card, then reopen the Document Hub.
- A file you expected is missing from the picker. If it was shared with you rather than owned by you, look under Shared with me in the import dialog.
