Integrate GSA eBuy with CLEATUS (MAS, 8(a) STARS III, VETS 2, Alliant 2, OASIS+)

Bring new GSA eBuy RFQs straight into CLEATUS so your pipeline updates automatically. Works for MAS, 8(a) STARS III, VETS 2, Alliant 2, and OASIS+ task orders.

This integration brings new GSA eBuy RFQs into CLEATUS for matching, alerts, and proposal support — so you don't have to monitor eBuy manually. Because eBuy is the issuing portal for the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) and the major GSA GWACs — 8(a) STARS III, VETS 2, Alliant 2, and OASIS+ — contract holders on any of those vehicles can use this same integration to receive task orders automatically.

This feature is currently in beta. Some functionality may change as we continue to refine it.


Who this is for

Vendors who receive opportunities through GSA eBuy and want those RFQs to appear in CLEATUS for matching, alerts, and proposal support.

What you'll need

  • An active GSA eBuy account (FAS ID).
  • Permission to add or edit Points of Contact (POCs) for your GSA Schedule categories.
  • Your workspace-specific CLEATUS integration email, shown on the GSA integration page in CLEATUS.

Setup (5–10 minutes)

1 — Open the GSA eBuy integration in CLEATUS

Go to Company Profile → Integrations → GSA eBuy and copy the integration email shown.

2 — Sign in to your GSA eBuy profile

Click Open GSA Profile from the CLEATUS integration page, or go to your eBuy account directly.

3 — Add CLEATUS as a Point of Contact

  1. In eBuy, navigate to My Profile: https://www.ebuy.gsa.gov/ebuy/seller/profile.
  2. Add a new POC and paste the CLEATUS integration email from step 1.
  3. Save your changes.

4 — Wait for the connection

Within 24 hours, the status on the CLEATUS integration page will change from Not Connected to Connected. No further action is required.

If the status hasn't changed after 24 hours, confirm the integration email is still listed as a POC for the correct category/SINs and contact support if it is.

5 — Receive RFQs automatically

Once the FAS ID is active, new RFQs that match the categories/SINs where you added the CLEATUS POC will appear in CLEATUS automatically. You'll also receive notifications based on your alert settings.

To view all fetched GSA contracts, go to Contracts → My Contracts in the left navigation.


Security and permissions

  • The integration email is workspace-scoped and unique to your CLEATUS account.
  • Data pulled from GSA eBuy is used to populate opportunities in CLEATUS. CLEATUS does not submit quotes or modify your eBuy account.
  • Remove the integration at any time by deleting the POC from eBuy (see below).

Disconnect or change the integration

  • Disconnect — in GSA eBuy, remove the CLEATUS integration email from the POC list for each category/SIN. New RFQs will stop importing.
  • Change workspaces — use the integration email shown in the target CLEATUS workspace and repeat the setup steps.
