SeaPort NxG has moved to PIEE (the SeaPort portal is retired)
The Navy shut down the SeaPort NxG portal on September 30, 2026, and moved task order solicitations to PIEE. Your SeaPort NxG contract is still active. Connect PIEE in CLEATUS to keep receiving task orders.
The Navy shut down the SeaPort NxG portal at the end of fiscal year 2026, on September 30, 2026. Task order solicitations that used to arrive through the portal now come through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). PIEE is the Department of Defense (DoD) contracting portal. The move is part of the Navy's rollout of its Electronic Procurement System (ePS).
Your SeaPort NxG contract is not affected. SeaPort NxG is still the Navy's mandatory multiple-award contract (MAC) for services. The Navy still competes and awards task orders under it. Only the website changed. If you hold a SeaPort NxG MAC, you keep it, and you keep bidding on task orders. You receive them in PIEE now.
The CLEATUS SeaPort NxG connector is retired. If you used it, set up the PIEE integration instead.
What changed and when
The Navy moved SeaPort in phases:

| June 30, 2026 | Decommissioning started, and access to download records from the portal ended. |
| September 30, 2026 | The portal shut down completely at the end of fiscal year 2026. |
If you need records that were only in the SeaPort portal, contact your SeaPort contracting representative. You cannot download them yourself.
What this means for you
You need a PIEE account to receive Navy task orders. A SeaPort contract holder without PIEE registration does not see solicitations and cannot submit proposals.
You need:
- A PIEE account for your Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code, with a Group and a Contractor Account Manager (CAM).
- The correct roles in the PIEE Solicitation module (SOL). Your CAM assigns them.
- Your CAGE code on the contracting officer's distribution list for the vehicle.
Contact your SeaPort contracting representative to confirm that your company is set up correctly. Distribution lists moved with everything else. You cannot see a gap in the list from your side until you miss a solicitation.
What to do in CLEATUS
Set up the PIEE integration. It does the job that the SeaPort connector did. DoD solicitations directed at your CAGE code import into CLEATUS automatically. CLEATUS matches and scores them, and you can start proposal work next to everything else.
The setup is different from SeaPort, and lighter. You do not add a point of contact yourself. CLEATUS requests read-only access under your CAGE code, and your CAM approves it. The PIEE article shows each step.
Plan for the approval time. Your CAM's approval can take a few days, and nothing imports until your CAM approves. If you expect task orders soon, start the setup now.
Your existing SeaPort records
The SeaPort connector does not import anything new, and there is nothing for you to turn off.
SeaPort opportunities that CLEATUS imported before the portal closed stay in CLEATUS. To find them, open Contracts > Imported Contracts and look on the My Contracts tab. You can also search for a solicitation number in the search box on that page.
