SeaPort NxG has moved to PIEE (the SeaPort portal is retired)
The Navy retired the SeaPort NxG portal in 2026 and moved task order solicitations to PIEE. Your SeaPort NxG contract is still active. Connect PIEE in CLEATUS to keep receiving task orders.
The Navy has retired the SeaPort NxG portal. Task order solicitations that used to arrive through it are now issued through PIEE, the DoD's Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment, as part of the Navy's move to its Electronic Procurement System (ePS).
Your SeaPort NxG contract is not affected. SeaPort NxG is still the Navy's mandatory multiple-award contract for services, and task orders are still competed and awarded under it. Only the website changed. If you hold a SeaPort NxG MAC, you keep it, and you keep bidding task orders. You just receive them somewhere else now.
Because of that, the CLEATUS SeaPort NxG connector is retired. If you were using it, replace it with the PIEE integration.
What changed and when
The Navy moved SeaPort in phases, starting in late 2025:

| September 30, 2026 | End of FY26, when SeaPort shuts down completely. |
If you need records that only lived in the SeaPort portal, contact your SeaPort contracting representative. Downloading them yourself is no longer possible.
What this means for you
You need a PIEE account to receive Navy task orders. SeaPort contract holders who have not registered in PIEE will not see solicitations, and cannot submit proposals. This is the one action that matters, and it is not optional.
Specifically, you need:
- A PIEE account for your CAGE code, with a Group and a Contractor Account Manager (CAM).
- The right roles assigned in the PIEE Solicitation module (SOL). Your CAM handles this.
- Your contracting officer to have your CAGE on the distribution list for the vehicle.
It is worth contacting your SeaPort contracting representative directly to confirm your company is set up correctly on their end. Distribution lists moved along with everything else, and a gap there is invisible from your side until you miss a solicitation.
What to do in CLEATUS
Set up the PIEE integration. It does the same job the SeaPort connector did: DoD solicitations directed at your CAGE import into CLEATUS automatically, where they are matched, scored, and available for proposal work alongside everything else.
The setup is different from SeaPort's, and mostly lighter. You do not add a point of contact yourself. CLEATUS registers a PIEE Vendor account under your CAGE, and your CAM approves one read-only role. The PIEE article walks through it.
One thing to plan for: your CAM's approval can take a few days, and nothing imports until it lands. If you are mid-transition and expecting task orders soon, start this now rather than when the first one is due.
Your existing SeaPort records
The SeaPort connector is retired and its contracts tab has been removed from CLEATUS. Nothing new imports, and there is nothing for you to turn off.
