Integrate SeaPort NxG with CLEATUS

Bring new SeaPort NxG contracts straight into CLEATUS so your pipeline updates automatically.

This integration brings new SeaPort NxG contracts into CLEATUS for matching, alerts, and proposal support — so you don't have to monitor the portal manually.

This feature is currently in beta. Some functionality may change as we continue to refine it.

Who this is for

Vendors who receive opportunities through SeaPort NxG and want those contracts to appear in CLEATUS for matching, alerts, and proposal support.

What you'll need

  • An active SeaPort NxG account.
  • Permission to add or edit users in your SeaPort NxG vendor account.
  • Your workspace-specific CLEATUS integration email, shown on the SeaPort NxG integration page in CLEATUS.

Setup (5–10 minutes)

1 — Open the SeaPort NxG integration in CLEATUS

Go to Company Profile → Integrations → SeaPort NxG and copy the integration email shown.

2 — Sign in to your SeaPort NxG profile

Click Open SeaPort NxG Profile from the CLEATUS integration page, or go to your account directly.

3 — Add CLEATUS as a new user

In SeaPort NxG, the user-management area typically lives under Admin or Organization / Company Profile → Users. From there:

  1. Click Add User, New User, or Invite User.
  2. Enter the user's details:
    • Name: CLEATUS
    • Email: the integration email you copied in step 1.
  3. Assign a role like Vendor (Non-Bidder) — view-only, no submission rights.
  4. Associate the user with your company or specific MACs/task orders if there's a field to link them.
  5. Save.

Once added, the status will change to Setting Up Account.

4 — Wait for account setup

Within 24 hours, the status on the CLEATUS integration page will change from Setting Up Account to Pending User Approval. This means your Vendor account has been created in SeaPort NxG and is waiting for you to approve it.

If the status hasn't changed after 24 hours, confirm the CLEATUS integration email is still listed as a user for the correct category or SINs, then contact support.

5 — Approve the Vendor account in SeaPort NxG

Log back in to SeaPort NxG and approve the new Vendor account. Once approved, the status in CLEATUS changes to Connected.

6 — Receive opportunities automatically

Once Connected, new SeaPort NxG opportunities that match the categories/SINs where you added the CLEATUS user will appear in CLEATUS. You'll also receive CLEATUS notifications based on your alert settings.

To view all fetched SeaPort NxG contracts, go to Contracts → My Contracts in the left navigation.

Security and permissions

  • The integration email is workspace-scoped and unique to your CLEATUS account.
  • Data pulled from SeaPort NxG is used to populate opportunities in CLEATUS. CLEATUS does not submit quotes or modify your SeaPort NxG account.
  • Remove the integration at any time by deleting the user from SeaPort NxG.
